Our menu consists partly of norwegian and partly Swiss dishes.
The norwegian part consists of dishes used in middelclass families in the norwegian countryside around 1905 based on the cookbook of Hansine from 1874.
Switzerland has 4 different languages and 4 different kitchens – german – french – italian og romanish. We serve 3 dishes whiche is considered Switzerlands contribution to the international kitchen.
